The post office has been losing a lot of my mail over the last three months. Sometimes my bill's are taking three weeks to reach their destination. My last multiple mailing I took directly to the post office hoping they would all get to my clients. Five of my clients have still not received their mailing two weeks after I mailed them!

I brought my package to Taylorville's package drop-off window where the women was supposedly going to take care of my shipping concerns such as insuring the package, making sure the label was on correctly and then charge me for the amount for shipment. Instead, when I asked her to apply a piece of tape to the bottom of the box she told me that I would need to purchase tape because all they had was Scotch tape. Needless to say she was not accommodating at all, but instead falsifying her information, as I know the postal service has shipping tape everywhere. In the past I have been to several post offices where they will add or apply tape where needed and not try to sale packing tape to you. 6 inches of packing tape has cost them a loss of all of my business from this time forward. I'm sure like so many other government agencies they could care less. Reflecting back, that was pretty much the attitude they had, this type of mentality has to stop especially at the state and government level. Wake up!! You are not guaranteed a job, so don't act like it. FedEx here I come....
