An Ames and North Grand Mall institution. One of the very few surviving original mall businesses. The staff is always good, the food is great, service is usually pretty quick, prices are very reasonable. A bit short on atmosphere, but it's a great family eatery.
Favorite family restaurant at great location in the mall. Customer service was excellent. Food was delicious. Best lamb ever!
I love the gyros here, and like to give them business as I can't imagine it is easy to be a family owned restaurant in a dead mall. Unfortunately, prices have increased dramatically. I took my son there today and after a 20% tip, paid $22 EACH for chicken strips with fries and a drink (and one appetizer). Ouch. Sad because most likely patrons will skimp on tips to lessen their cost to eat there, and service is always good. Will have to look for somewhere else that serves crinkle fries and struggle thru my gyro cravings.
Love this family owned restaurant. It's in the mall, but it doesn't lose any of it's small town warmth and charm. The gyro meal is delicious. I've wanted to try other Greek items on the menu, but the gyro keeps calling me back.
Very good food and super quick service! I got all the food i ordered in less the 15 minutes!
