I left D & D a voice-mail about having one of their free inspections and received a call back within the hour. They asked when I was available for them to come in and moved their schedules to accommodate mine and came to my apartment right on time. They inspected my bed and area and didn't find anything and had a positive attitude through the entire process. They found no bugs but still went out of their way and didn't make me feel like I wasted their time. They were so happy to help and I had a wonderful experience. Next time I think I may have a bug problem they are definitely mine and my family's go-to! Thanks again for the insight and help! :)

Don and Moni at D&D Pest Control should write the book on how to provide excellent customer service.
