My wife loves shopping at this store. She feels that their styles match her tastes. As a J. Jill card holder she usually has discount certificates for their clothes.

Favorite clothing store. Apparently they aren't motivated to sell clothes from the store since the majority of American women don't fit into their sizes. Skip the trip, get on the email list save money and buy plus size online.

I have been pleased with the clothes I get, but I have had nothing but problems with the billing on my account. In October I mailed a check to Cominity-J-Jill 10 days before the due date. The next month I got a bill for $29.70 that they said was a late charge. I contacted my bank to get a copy of the check so I could see when they received it because I felt 10 days was more than sufficient to receive my check. I was informed that this company does not provide the cancelled checks to the bank so I had no way to check the date. Today I got another bill for a late charge for the previous late charge payment. My first payment for the late charge was mailed 7 days before the due date. They charged my again $29 for another late charge for the previous late charge. I can't believe that it takes even 7 days to receive anything mailed in the US. Again I have no way to prove the date they received it because they do not return the cancelled check to my bank. Each time, they said they received it one day past the due date which I find very hard to believe. I will never use my J-Jill card again. Phyllis Watson.

Beautiful clothes, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. They do have quality clothes, so you get what you pay for. It's good to hit them up during a sale.
