Been going to same place for 30 years. Always a walk in, no appointment place. Sign says two barbers taking appointments. Just got out of a six week hospital stay and can't drive. Sister offered to drive me over for a hair cut. Though crowded, they had all the chairs filled. I decided to wait since so many barbers were cutting.nAfter 45 minutes of being passed over by people who came in after me I had enough and had to leave.nIf only two barbers take appointments why were these people who came in after me going to multiple barbers? If the place has turned into appointments preferred instead of the traditional walk in as always has been in past then make us aware of that.nI think you should have some kind of ticket system like you would find at a deli counter so you have an order to who you are taking and also lets us know where we are in line.nI didn't know if all these guys had appointments or if I was just being skipped over.nI was going to approach the owner, but blood pressure was too high at that point and I'm not suppose to have stress in recovery. My sister knew well enough to get me out of there .nI have had great experiences here in the past, enjoyed my visits, and tipped well.nI think I deserve better treatment than what I got yesterday.nI see the rapid growth in your business, and hope you can manage it going forward.

Family Dollar is my favorite store in Scitico Plaza. The employees are all so amazing.
