If you advertise open on Saturday from 800am -400pm. Be open. I waited 30 mins, called the desk no answer and the doors were locked. Sounds about like the service everywhere else in Citronelle. I wont be back.

The staff at the front desk are rude. The employees who took care of us once we passed the rude front desk employee were excellent. She acted as though we inconvenienced her 2pm lunch of McDonalds French fries. While I understand that missing lunch is no fun, that’s not the patients problem & shouldn’t be taken out on them. Your job is to serve the public, and if you can’t do so professionally, then you need to find one that doesn’t include face to face service. As a nurse (myself), I wouldn’t dare insinuate to a patient that they are a nuisance when seeking care at the facility I work at. While we were waiting to be called back you could hear the employee say to another that she was going to go finish her lunch before she had to reheat it, and she made sure she voiced it loudly.

I came in an hour before they closed and they had the doors locked and said they were no longer seeing patients. They had too many and couldn’t help us even though we had drove an hour for my 2 year old daughter to be seen!! Won’t be Bach here!!
