Dr. Barnes and her staff were great, very professional and caring. Dr. Barnes was attentive to my needs and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Barnes to my family and friends.

Last time my wife was here it was a 3 hour visit... This time we have been in the back for over an hour... This is crazy... I would not recommend unless you have nothing to do EVER...

Nice people in the front office but the doctor is too busy to provide good one on one patient care, speaks too softly for a hard of hearing patient to hear (despite being told of the disability), and doesn't listen to patient concerns well.

I live in the Citronelle area but I have used Dr. McCall in Prichard for all 4 of my kids even though it's about a hour away. The only reason I switched is because I could not get an appointment with McCall (and it has happened multiple times) and I really needed to see a doctor for my daughter for a school excuse. They wanted me there 30 minutes early which would've been ok except my daughter was sick and we kinda got help up and I was there 15 minutes early. Well they let me sign in and fill out my info on basically a tablet. The visit was ok and everything went well but you must arrive 15 mins early because if you are late they will not hold your spot. However I did not like how pushy they were for me to switch to them as my kids primary. I did switch though because they have a kid friendly waiting area and to be honest they are a lot closer. I wish Dr McCall could practice at this office though because he truly is a great doctor. I give 3 stars because I seen a nurse practitioner not the pediatrician, they are very pushy about becoming your primary physicians and they were a little rude about me being 15 minutes early instead of the 30 minutes (new patients must be there 30 minutes before appointment time and regular patients must be there 15 minutes early).

We absolutely LOVE DR Barnes, but HATE this place. The nurses and staff in the back are RUDE and the wait time is horrible when there are no other patients there. We will be swapping primary care Dr's for my children. We will not bring our business to a place that cares so little about patients.
