Make a long story short we was told that our service was covered by our warranty by brad and Vickie besides 100.0 deductible. Took vehicle to them August 8,2017called checking on truck. Vickie stated they had to order another part that's going to be in Friday around 11:30. Was asked was it covered under the warranty she state yes. Called Friday around 3:45 it was stated the truck will be ready before closing and we need to be there before 5:00. Okay we get off work. Get over there in was told that the service was not covered James Rovenstine called in stated that Vickie say she don't remember saying that it was covered under warranty. James Rovenstine stated that they assumed it was covered under warranty. He then tell us that he will pay his guys to take the new part off in put the old one back on. Ok, we tried to resolve the matter, in said we will pay for the part since you stated u was paying your guys to take the part off. He come back saying he got to get with Colin Ward the general manager. James Rovenstine stated than the general manager out of town and he would be mad too. Please do not use this company. I have the whole conversation recorded in will be used accordingly.
