Had a great experience with Eddie Ferrell the sales associate at Lynch Cadillac making a rainy day outside seem bright and sunny inside. The onlyl reason for not giving 5 stars would be the rear quarter panels of the car I bought were filthy and the interior had not been well detailed. They gave me a fair price on my trade. I am happy and actually looking to by an SUV from Eddie in the near future. He was genuine and truly made the experience a stress free event. We are now friends which is saying A LOT in this type of exchange!

Lynch Cadillac did a great job with my daughter’s car. They handled everything with General Motors’ warranty department with no involvement necessary from me. Ricky made sure to keep me posted on a regular basis on the status of the repairs.

Great experience and awesome staff. Truck was serviced on time and details of any issues found noted over the phone. A part was not covered under the CPO warranty, but the service manager agreed to replace the part free of charge. I will be returning for future service and will purchase my next Chevy from Lynch of Auburn. Thanks again!
