Talked with a salesman yesterday about driving 5 hours from Baton Rouge to get a Van. Was told he was pulling the van out and holding the key. 2 hours into our drive with 2 kids and an infant the salesman tells us someone took the keys off his desk and is showing the van. Calls us back an hour later and tells us it’s sold. Unbelievably unprofessional business practice. I am in law enforcement and don’t have a lot of time off and neither does my wife, especially at the same time and I’m very unhappy to have wasted ours driving halfway to this dealership to be treated like this. Posting this from my wife’s account.

Awesome experience with salesman Sandy Vaughn. Him & the rest of the staff & Finance department made sure I got what I needed. My service after the sale has been great as well with the service department.

Maybe they aren't all bad, but I experienced a stereotypical shady used car salesman. I live three hours away, called and asked about a used vehicle they had listed, asked for photos, was texted a few lousy photos, was told everything was in good condition. I had a local mechanic pick it up for inspection, and they told me before they got it to the shop that the engine was stuttering bad. Either fix vehicles before listing them for sale or be open and honest about their condition, but don't be obtuse with remote buyers hoping to scam them into a bad purchase.

Just had the most incredible, positive costumer service experience. My daughter and I are driving across country and started to feel a vibration & terrible noise so we pulled off and into their dealership. We just had all four tires replaced last week before our road trip and so I assumed everything was fine. When we arrived, Brian Crawford for the service department met with us and took the car back for a full on inspection. Turns out that the other dealership did not properly screw in the lugnuts! Which basically means our tire was about to fall off. They fixed it at no charge and then test drove it to make sure we were safe to go. They truly went the extra mile and I would highly recommend them!
