I recently worked with Christina on my elderly parents home and auto insurance. What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail.nWithin that, Christina was able to figure out options we did not see or think about before. Not only was the experience very straight forward, Christina took the time to explain everything to me, then to my parents in a separate call and further, took the time to meet in person even during the pandemic, as that is what my parents wanted when it came time to finalize their policy. First...let me start off with that I love everyone in the office that I have worked with. They are always so kind and helpful. Background on us: We have been long time customers and we make a lot of changes. All the additions, swaps, and revisions can become confusing! They always take the time to answer questions, explain and work to get the best coverage and pricing for our needs.nI have to give a special thanks to Tiffany. She recently helped me with (what I would call a project). My son got married and was moved from our family plan to his own household plan. We added his wife, updated the household, moved policies around and added two new policies. All of this while at the same time adding my daughter, who is a new driver to our existing plan. We had car removal, policy swap, car and driver addition, coverage changes, policy holder updates, separate discounts and address change! (And there is probably something else I am leaving out) Tiffany took the time to work several different scenarios to get us the best coverage and discounts available that meet our separate household needs. There were so many moving pieces that is was a bit overwhelming. However, she was so patient and she approached it as though she had a personal challenge to conquer. She invested so much time talking with me to help work out the best plan of action for my son and my family. I cannot say enough about her customer service, and genuine caring approach. Not once did she make me feel like I was being a pain or try to fit me into coverage that would be easier for her. We discussed each household, vehicle and line separately to ensure all was covered correctly.nAlthough this was a recent experience....it has not the only one. Our working relationship goes back many years and the caring approach, trust and friendship developed over the years has been unwavering. Thank you so much Tiffany for all your support.
