American Car Center in Dothan, Alabama was absolutely the best experience in buying a car! The staff are so wonderful and kind. The entire process was quick and easy! I highly recommend buying your vehicle from American Car Center!!

This place should be out of business! My husband got a Chevy Trax 2017 ...on 3/27/2020. The sun 2 days later started running hot,we called they said warranty would fix us up.. well 2months worth of leaving messages they call and say have the oil changed and my husband informed him we did. Well it did better then a few weeks later started over heating again. So again tried contacting Michael in the warranty department with no luck! Finally we again went ahead and changed the oil because just like the first time both places we were to get a free one was 2weeks booked! Well it went a while longer n then was taking my husband to work and it did it 2 months back had it toad it was the motor but was supposed to be under (warranty) well the Chevy place said they don't deal with ACC because they won't pay their bills!! So they called my husband yesterday and said they would get us another car but we have to pay a new down payment and the 2 payments i refuse to pay !! Something needs to be done about these lying and decieving ways WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I HAVE A LAWYER I SUGGEST EVERYONE DO..

American Scam Center. They have you quickly sign papers without telling you that you're not buying a car you're leasing it. The price of the vehicle is twice it's worth making your payments high and unaffordable and won't make a dent in your balance. Neither American Car Center or American Financial whom they are facilitated with sends you any so much as a receipt much less paperwork on your progress towards purchasing the car. After so many payments then you have the option to buy it for a big chunk. Plus what I pay biweekly is supposed to be a monthly payment. Poor communication. When you have an issue and call them they put you on hold forever then hang up or they just don't answer. If you're not calling to make a payment they don't want to help you

Highly recommend ACC to everyone! Kristopher will go above and beyond to get you in a vehicle! The team there are amazing! Go see the Kings of Credit!

Great service and smiling faces! Got me in a nice car with great down payment and payments I would recommend anybody to try them out go and ask for Almitra she was great working with me even through the busyness she made sure I had her full attention
