On 2/1/2020 my husband and I went to Tri State Off Road to order. Top and a bumper for a jeep. Was told it should be in within a week. It never came in not did we receive a call. Called them and was told it was on back order and should be in within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks. Stopped in while in Dothan and no not in yet but should be in in a week. Was in Dothan again so stopped in. Didn't come in but employee called vendor. Yes it was in and it would be on Mondays shipment and arrive at Tri State by Friday 2/28/2030. Called today and still not in. Very disappointed in them . lack of communication.

I will recommend these guys to all my friends. Allan found me a car when I needed one and I had window vents put on today. Awesome work. Love these guys.

My experience at Tri-State Off Road was awesome. The staff was great, also friendly and very helpful. The process was very short, and I love the Jeep Wrangler that I bought!

Allen, the very best sales manager to deal with, professional, honest, helpful and not a back & forth salesman. They made our jeep a beast from what it was before they received. My wife wanted it and Allen held it a week with the offer good till our bank finally got the paperwork done. She LOVES her ride!
