Dream Puppys

They are quick, efficient & fairly priced. My furbaby has went there bi-monthly since she was a baby. I've tried 1 other groomer & it definitely made me appreciate Dream Pups more. I only wish they would go back to open Saturdays but, they are extremely accommodating too

From the beginning Ms.Debbie was the best at customer service and giving me so much information on our pup. The whole experience in Dream Puppies was the best. Until I bought my puppy home 3/15 , 3/18 took her to the vet everything was fine ,3/24 bubbles turned for the worst, I could’ve read and did research before I purchased a dog from them , spend about the same in vet visits as purchased 1165.19. If my dog doesn’t make it I would like to get a full refund and or a new healthy dog or I will seek legal action. This is ridiculous and outrageous, bubbles die and the vet at Dothan Animal hospital told Ms.Cathy on the phone the dog die from her liver, the dog wasn’t no good from the moment she was brought to dream puppies, after all the money I spent they still want me to pay for an autopsy ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fin order to get my money back. Stay away from that place DO NOT PAY ANYTHING FROM THEY I MEAN NOTHING.

I spent a lot of money at Dream Puppies and I love my puppy. When I took her to the vet because she seemed really lethargic, two days later, my puppy had anemia. The owner said they had been checked at the vet just before I bought the dog. I called to tell her the vet said she has significant anemia and she denied knowing about it. The doctor said there no way this is new. It had progressed and the owner lied about it. My puppy had to have treatment for awhile because of the anemia. She should have covered that bill since she told me they got a clean bill of health. She is a liar and doesn't need to be in business. I will never recommend anyone to get a pet from her.

Very unorganized business, very disrespectful workers and guessing a business owner that doesn’t care about CUSTOMER SERVICE.nI would drive hours just so I will never deal with dream puppies again.nMy daughter purchased my puppy from dream puppies payed over $800 for him when she bought him they never took a pic like they do everyone else and acted very rude at the time of purchase.nI was taken him up there to be groomed the same customer service very nasty attitudes here, last time was in October they said give them a couple hours and he would be done we took him at 8:30 and didn’t get him back until 1:00, never an apologize or a reason why, I called 2 times between 8:30-1:00 all I got was we are backed up, well don’t over make appointments and kept him for that long with no water at all when we got him home he was very thirsty.nAnother incident was over the weekend when they posted two puppies for rehoming I called right when they posted it and the RUDE female answered the phone said yes we have them I will have to take your name and number and call u back I have customers in front of me ok well an hour rocks on no phone call back so I call back and again by this time she’s a VERY RUDE HUMAN SAID I TOLD YOU I WILL CALL YOU BACK WE STILL HAVE CUSTOMERS AND HANGS UP ON ME.nJust know I will never be back and I will let everyone one know just how disrespectful this so called business is.nGood luck dream puppies, have a blessed day!!!

Inquired about 2 puppies via emails as well as by leaving a detailed voice messages. And no one returned my calls. Had to continue to call for days only to find out the 2 puppies I had been inquiring about had already been sold..not professional at all.
