Love this place! Dr.Carter and his staff are amazing and very welcoming and friendly. I always get nervous when i have to go to any doctors office but not Dr. Carters office. They are very gentle and truly amazing!
Dr Carter and his staff was terrific this was my first visit and I was not disappointed , from the moment I walked in the door till the moment I walked out . The front desk was so friendly with a big smile on their face when you come in and left. Dr Carter and his assistants all spoke as soon as I came back and asked how my day had been, it felt real not like a question they have to ask , the smiles are contagious .. Dr Carter fixed a retainer I had broken on the bottom and I used a different orthodontist, and I wanted to find one closer my house and work and asked Dr Carter if he would and his prices are very reasonable so I changed over , very satisfied ! Thanks Dr Carter and Staff !! You have a Customer for years to come !
My daughter was nervous about getting braces but the wonderfully caring staff put her (and me) right at ease! They are so professional and caring she actually enjoys going. Dr Carter explains everything and is the best around! Prices are reasonable, staff wonderful, and Dr Carter caring! ❤❤❤ We Love Carter Orthodontics!
While visiting family in Rainsville my son had an issue with his braces. We live in Fairhope, Alabama. I called and spoke with Candace and she was so friendly and got us in ASAP! When we arrived at the office everyone there was super friendly and helpful.nIf you live in the area and are looking for an orthodontist, you should definitely got to Carter Orthodontics.
Dr. Carter and staff are wonderful to work with. Dr. Carter is very thorough and spends time his patients. I would highly recommend him!
