It just matters who is working. If the manager is working the food quality and service is better if not there is no telling what you may get. It used to be great and always had a good crowd but now sometimes there is not car in the parking lot. They have not open the lobby because they have to work more people. Drive thru is all that is available and when you get your order home part of it is wrong.

Krystals has great food. But this location is just not caring. I have constantly gotten cold burgers and soggy wings, but tonight was the last straw. I ordered the 2 Country Steak with tots meal, and got no tots. Just the 2 country steaks. And these wings are not spicy or flavored at all, so either the recipe was changed, or this location screwed that up too. Either way, it'll be my last time going there.
