Gas station is sort of confusing, but pretty awesome place with pretty good food. There's stray dogs that hang around that are cool as heck and if anyone can help find them an absolute forever home that would be so cool. I go by there every so often and try to feed them, even have one of the offspring I thought I could give a good home. There are several more near or at the PAC o Sak in heflin on 78 that need saving and it is sad b/c there is a vet right there.....the very kind people at the PAC o sac feed them almost every day if not everyday, out of their own pocket !

Awesome Catfish, and Bbq. Awesome, handbreaded chicken fingers, fries, potato wedges and onion rings. Homemade, Potato salad, baked beans, Mac and cheese and turnip greens.
Very friendly people. Always stop there when I'm in the area.
Get the barbecue sandwich. It's one of the best I've ever had.
