We booked a trip through our middle school. The trip was rescheduled due to COVID. This company offered to refund anyone who did not wise to go to the new location. We chose to get our refund. After 9 weeks we finally get a partial check and a handwritten piece of paper with no letterhead stating the rest will be paid in vouchers. At no point did Phillip mention a word about our refund being partially in vouchers. I even confirmed amount with him! He does not have the money to refund us. He is a liar and I will never recommend anyone to this unprofessional company.

Booked a band trip to Disney (through my daughter’s high school) but unfortunately the trip had to be cancelled due to the global pandemic we’re currently experiencing. This company is REFUSING to refund the $1000 I paid for my daughter to go on this trip. In what world would this be considered good business practice?! Do the right thing and give people their money - it’s not your money to keep.

do not book with them and have to cancel. The do not refund money. Even if it way before trip is to happen or through a school. They are not concerned with single parents that struggle. Very unprofessional. No where in the papers did it say no refunds. Wouldn’t even return a phone call. School year 2018-2019.

Absolutely amazing. I have been on two trips with this company and about to schedule my third. Highly recommend. Worth the money. I would have never been able ,on my own, arrange everything that I got to do and see. They make sure you get your it is worth the expense!

Will not refund money. Even though cancellation was due to Covid-19. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
