Don't waste your time calling. Nobody is going to answer. Be ready to listen a machine without option to access to talk with a representative. The worst customer service.
Delta changed my reservation and bumped me to a later flight. I have been trying to call them for the past week and continued to get hung up on stating there call volume was to high. Yesterday I finally did not get hung up on and waited on hold. I waited 14 hrs. I even took a picture to prove it and no one ever answered. Considering the tax payers recently gave them billions of dollars in bail out money and they can't even answer the phone. This is ridiculous.
Excellent Delta experience today. The only issue was the 30 minute bag check line. Pleasant staff and timely departure.
Booked a weekend trip to Los Angels and was happy about both the price and the service. All the front line employees that I dealt with were friendly and helpful
