The food was ok, not great. I hated the green beans, they had some kind of weird tasting seasoning stuff and/or vinegar and were kinda greasy!! Green beans need to be seasoned with bacon or ham!! We were there at lunchtime and the noise level was beyond belief! It was packed but the waitress kept forgetting stuff and having to go back. Bleh, not my favorite.
Pulling up to this small little restaurant off of Alabama road reminding me of going to my grandmother's and grandfather's house to have some amazing barbecue. I got the rib plate with baked beans and coleslaw with a sweet tea. One of the best plates of ribs I've eaten in a very very long time you didn't even need to put the sauce on it. The ribs were cooked to perfection juicy, tender and meat just melts in your mouth. The baked beans and coleslaw had some of the best flavors. Can't wait to drive by that place again to pick up some more barbecue!
