Farmers Home Furniture

My husband and I have NEVER bought new furniture. We always bought used from neighbors. We decided it was time to get something new. We have had our leather catnapper recliner and loveseat for less than a week before the recliner broke. We have the warranty, but not even a week? I did 3 stars because the staff was so helpful and kind but for as much as we spent, this furniture should last a while.

I have bought a chair from this company. It came in broken. (which I thought it was the wheel) First it was missing a wheel(which is understandable) which they told me they would call me if they found it, but they never called me about it, so therefore; i had to call and ask about the wheel to see if they found it. They did so I finally got it from them. I put it on and still the chair was broken. I told them about it and showed them pictures of it, so they ordered a peice to come in for the chair that they thought it was. They said they would call me to let me know when the part was going to be there, but they never called me about it and i had to call about it to see if it came in. So i look at the chair with the part they ordered. I didn't want to try to fix it and break it more and get the blame for it. So they called an outside repair guy come out yo fix it. They repair man came out and look at the chair and tried to fix and and told me that the chair is unfixable. He told me that he was filing a report about the chair that day. He told me to call farmers Friday about the chair and see what the next step is. I go Friday to go pay my chair and tell them the guy said that it wasn't fixable, so they looked up the file and said they didn't have the file. They said they would call me back when they get the file. I texted the company that came out that tried to fix my chair and they said they filed it. So I texted the number that has been working with me on this chair at farmers, it has been several days with no response. NOTE: I have been paying on this chair for 6 or 7 months now. I have yet been able to sit in this chair. THIS ISNT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS RAN HERE. I recommend something else. I can't wait to have this chair fixed and paided off so I can take my money elsewhere. This is absurd...

I can't say enough about Danny and the staff there at Farmers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. There are so fantastic and a truly a blessing! Go visit them, you won't be sorry!

Bought lvrm suit this past wk. was delivered on time but the lifttop coffee table had 2 of the 4 casters werebroken. When i try movin it scraped my floors. NOT HAPPY ud83dude21
