Pick up went all smoothly! The lady was so kind and courteous and very fast. It was really appreciated especially during Covid times. I can’t thank her enough! Tried to call the store but the GM was unavailable. I hope they see this.
In my opinion it is the best Walmart in Blount County. They only had one lane open but it was close to closing time. Our cashier Nichole was very nice and I would recommend shopping there.
They had everything I needed. Bathrooms were clean. Used the front and also the bathroom in the back. I recommend this store.
Great store. Needs a tad more stocking but with weather RN it's understandable. Always a quick trip and plenty of workers to help
I think the clerks at the customer service desk was very friendly and fast service considering the computer for the register was running very slow. She had mentioned that all of Walmart computer for the register's all operated under the same system I don't know if that has anything to do with how slow the register's work most of the time but it would seem logical that if that was the reason for the register running so slow my suggestion for the Corporation to make changes that would allow the system to only run with each of the individual store separately so the computer doesn't have to process so much information all at once. In doing this I believe it would make things easier and more efficient for the store managers also. All in all the employees were all friendly and helpful. Besides the computers for the register's working slow my experience was excellent.
