I have had a loan here for several years and several managers have been in and out of the office. The one they have in there now is the most genuine person I have ever met, her name is Hannah. I needed to borrow a lil more money on my account but was not able to come in that week so she told Me they don’t usually work on Saturdays but if I would be able to come in then she would work that day so I can come in to renew my loan!!! Instead of spending her Saturday off she went to work to make sure a customer was satisfied and that speaks volumes to me!! The lady that was there before acted like she just wanted you to get In and out of the office fast, Hannah takes the time to help everyone and will actually have a convo with you, ask how your day is and I appreciate her so much!

Amazing ladies in office. Csr has great customer service and very knowledgeable about what they do. Manager Hannah is awesome. She helps so much and seems to really know her job. Thank you ladies for being such a great business in the oneonta area. Highly recommended this location

Great at first!Now they are currently calling & harrassing me over....ONE DOLLAR BILL!!!!I miscalculated because I pay extra EVERY month & they want me to drive 30min to deliver them $1!Or use a check for..$1 SMH
