I have always filed with H&R Block but this year I was blown away with the customer service I received from Paige. Her name is Kimberly on my tax paper but she said to call her Paige. She explained everything to me in detail and I didn’t feel rushed like I usually do. She was a pleasure to get to know and made me feel important. I have never received this quality of service anywhere. You guys do everything to can to keep her! She is an asset to your company. I will be coming back every year and requesting her from now on. She sold me!
