Was looking for a pair of work boots. Girl that worked in the shoe department was nothing but Rude !!! No customer service what so ever. What ever happened to saying hi and greeting the customer? Will buy my boots at Coastal.
Ordered online for in-store pick-up. Item was supposedly in stock. Didn't receive any messages from the store. Called first day, no available information. Drove there second day, to be told they didn't have them item and were bringing it from another store. Asked them when they would have it and was told they weren't sure. Told them to cancel the order and I ordered it on Amazon and got it the next day. Poor Communication, Poor Service, Poor Inventory system. Wouldn't order online from them for in-store pick-up again.
Good place for all out doors stuff.
Was a good experience except the masks which wasn't Sportsmans Warehouse fault
A wholesale sports store was in the city of nanaimo once, i never been in a wholesale sports store and on the grand opening day, i visited it. I loved that store. Moments after i walked in someone who worked there told me to leave cause there r no backpacks allowed in the store. I use my backpack as my purse. Days later the whole sale sports store closed down, i was the one who closed it down because people who worked there were being discriminatory towards me.
