Jane and Josh are just the best at what they do! Super helpful and always have a smile (currently seen through glass). They care about the customers and it shows with everything they do and the way they interact with people. Jane's friendliness is ultimately what made our decision to go with Additional Storage. The units are extremely well kept and clean as well.
I had a great experience here! I was able to find the perfect size storage unit the day I called and the lady was super friendly and helpful and they do all their transactions through a glass window so it is super safe during COVID. Would highly recommend!
Good security measures, clean and there is a light inside of each unit (On a timer).
A very clean and pest/rodent-free facility...... Josh and Jayne operate in a most professional and friendly manner..... I've used storage facilities in several other locations and this one is head and shoulders above the others..... I would recommend it to any and all I know......
