CVS

Horrible service, I used CVS for over 40 years, before they changed their name ( used to be Peoples Drug store ) I am getting ready to have all of my Prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy . CVS has made thousands of dollars every year for years. NO MORE!!

The people are extremely helpful.The problem I have is the pharmacy. I will tell them there is a medication I don't want and don't need.They will tell me that they are returning it to shelf. I can ask a family member to stop by to pick up a different prescription and they will send All the prescriptions I don't want and have told them I dont want. I don't like my insurance paying for them and I don't like having the medicine here.So ready to change drug stores!

Horrible place! Rude employees!

It's a shame you have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. One car still in front of me. They need a worker specifically to work the drive thru instead of one doing drive thru and inside. This is a shame!!!!!! I'll need blood pressure medication after this!!!!

Rude and incompetent group of employees. I would rather drive 2 hours to Lexington than to deal 5 minutes with this South Williamson location. Every prescription, month after month, constant issues, never filled on time or correctly. Then, you have to listen to their pathetic excuses along with the ATTITUDE! Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!
