I am not irregular at the liquor stores, usually just picking up a six pack of beer or wine coolers at the grocery store but, you know, pandemic...so when a team member saw me wandering around obviously not finding what I was looking for and helped me immediately I really appreciated it. ud83dude42

Extremely poor customer services and higher prices on most bottles than competing locations in Charleston. I would not shop here if they paid me to. There are 1 or 2 employees who are personable and decent to speak with. The others get aggravated at the first question, are constantly rude when speaking with customers, and make a point of being generally disagreeable. To those recent reviews saying the customer service is good, I honestly don't know who you are dealing with but my review is based upon a dozen or so visits all with the same poor quality interactions. I want to shop at this place, I want to support this business, but the people working here are just horrid. I would be afraid to send someone new to the area to this store or recommend this place to a friend.nnThis would be bad enough, but the prices here are high on almost any bottle you care to name. When compared with other liquor stores around Charleston they are generally anywhere from $5-$10 higher. In my opinion, it is usually worth paying a little bit more to support a local business but these guys just don't deserve it with how they treat customers.nnBuy your liquor at the Walgreens in South Hills (far bigger selection and cheaper prices) or the Kroger at Ashland Place plaza (MUCH cheaper prices). If only it were possible to give zero stars...

These guys are phenomenal! This store has amazing, knowledgeable and the most caring staff. The owner is also very hands on and always willing to help as well. These guys have to be the best liquor store in our state. The people leaving bad reviews are the ones who do not shop here regular and are the type of people who only come in to try to find highly allocated stuff aka “The Taters”. REAL customers are loyal and shop here regularly and they are rewarded accordingly. You cannot ask for a better store in our Charleston area. These guys ensure that their restaurant / bar clientele as well as their customers are always taken care of!
