Excellent service! Hany, the gentleman working, stayed late past their regular hours just to wait on me to arrive. Once there, he was extremely polite and very willing to work with me and my friend. We leave there very satisfied and I will definitely return anytime I have gold. Great place!!

The cash for gold kiosk at the town center mall is more willing to satisfy customers than the Kanawha city location. I took a handful of mismatched things to the k.city location and they he said there was nothing of value in the handful of things and could offer me nothing. Hi then wanted a second opinion and went to the town center location where the same exact handful of things warranted me $32
