Reeds was an awesome experience. After visiting other jewelers first, it quickly became apparent I should have started at Reeds. Shopping for the perfect engagement ring for the person you love can be much more stressful than one could imagine. Tyler at Reeds eased any stress quickly and answered any questions with knowledgeable and direct answers. Everything was timely, and he helped me score a heck of a deal that was even better than what I had first thought. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Absolutely amazing service! I didn't expect to buy any jewelry today, but I needed assistance with a piece of jewelry I had purchased about a week ago online. Jesmin and Nikki were the BEST! They were so nice, inviting and ready to help. They made me feel very comfortable and they spoke to me as if we had known each other for some time. After they assisted me, (I had glanced at the jewelry cases while we were chatting ) The ladies helped me in purchasing a bracelet. They didn't just throw anything at me either. They engaged in conversation with me to see what I liked and even paid attention the type of jewelry I already had on so that what I purchased would compliment it. I can say, I'm definitely pleased and highly satisfied. I will be a repeat customer ud83dudc9c

I was surprised with this ring for my 20 year wedding anniversary. My husband worked with Tyler, he is the best! It's beautiful, I love, love, love it! I had to get it sized but that didn't take very long either....thank goodness because I was ready to wear it. Thank you, Tyler for helping choose the perfect gift and always being so helpful!

Had the pleasure of working with jasmine. She was very friendly and professional and allowed me to set my own pace. I did not feel pressured in the slightest. Would recommend coming if you’re interested in looking at engagement rings. They are happy to have diamond shipped depending on what you’re looking for.

Kara helped me pick out a beautiful Pandora ring because my previous one was a little beat up. This time I purchased a 3 year warranty and I’m so glad that I did. One of my stones fell out of my new ring and I brought it into the store to get fixed. Nicky gave me a brand new Pandora ring since I only had it for a month and a half. Great experience here! I will definitely be back!
