Love the unique jewelry! Definitely will order more!
I’ve spent thousands here over the years. Well a chain gold has snapped twice. The manager knows us by name we shop here so much she is the one who sold it to me said there is nothing she can do. They said they can’t find it in there system. Cheap as jewelry everything I get from here breaks. I’m taking everything back I’ve bought I’m the last few days. Customer service is rude. Don’t shop here
My Idenity was stolen and all my cards and account was locked up and try wouldn't refund my money cause I paid with a debit card not a credit card and there is no other way to get my money back at this time but cash and they refuse to do that it isn't my fault my identity was stole
The lady who pierced my ears was great, I'm young and she knew exactly how to treat me. She was very nice, and counted to 3 for my piercing, the 2nd piercing was a little bit loose, but i was able to fix it at home during the cleaning process. She also had a cabinet with lollipops, and gave me 4 of my favorite flavor. Overall great experience, and my piercing is all good for now.
