Hayden Island Mobile Home Park

I live here and I love it. It's, for the most part, clean, quiet, and peaceful. Very nice.

Chil community. I have lived in both the North and South shore communities of HIMC. Though the public access road is laden with misfortuned folks in mobile homes, I have heard of no issues within the property lines of HIMC.

I live here 8 years it's a good place to live all your neighbors are really close to you you learn their names that's very nice I do not have any problems here....

It's where I live. The park is split between two areas the newer area, by the river, is more like a traditional Mobile Home Park. The other one, which is older, is on the other side and it creates a very peaceful side of the park. Not much drama that happens here. For the most part it's very quiet

Hayden Island Mobile Home Park is a pretty good Park overall. They have swimming pools in three different areas of the mobile home park, they have two different clubhouses, an exercise room, and a pool table room. The rent is pretty reasonable there, however, you do have to buy a mobile home that's in the park, or bring your own.
