I had a like new camper (PERFECT CONDITION) to bring into their park and they rejected it without seeing it based on its year of manufacture, WHILE ALLOWING SEVERAL LONG TERM PEOPLE TO STAY IN SCRAP METAL JUNK PILES, CURRENTLY PARKED ON THEIR LOT. STILL.

Expensive place to live. No manager on site. Responsible for your own grass mowing. The rules are for those who are willing to abide by them.
