HORRIBLE BANK THEIR ATM JUST ATE MY BANK CARD I LEAVE FOR THE BEACH IN >72HRS NO MONEY NO CARD NO HELP WHATSOEVER they honestly need shut down. Ive called customer service 3x and have been hung up on twice and not helped AT ALL. If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. This is a beyond horrible bank because the customer service is horrible. They need new equipment or shut down.

I love Wv Pioneer and the staff at the kan blvd east facility are so nice and go beyond to assist me, which i appreciate so much because i am disable and need assiatance. I always get A+ service and omg the fraud dept is on point like the feds.. Keep up the great work and servicenn15 years as a WV Pioneer customer!!! Same wonderful service

Approximately 18 months ago we were blessed with the opportunity to explore PioneerWV Credit Union! We have since refinanced our primary home, bought 2 other investment properties & most recently purchased an additional automobile, all financed at Pioneer! In each instance, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs! Plus, as we explored the marketplace, we were told time & again, you have a great deal, no need to explore further! In fact, while we were at the car dealership, we were actually told by their Finance Manager, “We’ll just give you the paperwork, we can’t find a better deal than that”!nnThank You Pioneer!nnBruce & Faith CoxnBelle, WV
