My husband has been getting his RX there for over 12 years; we were out of toqn for deluvery since he is an OTR truck driver, we made it into town at 6:30 and called the emergency number to try and pick up his Rx. We never recieved a call back not that night nor early the next day. I waited until 5 p.m. to see if I would ever get a call but I did not. Sadly my husband left at 2 a.m. on his next trip for 5 days with no meds. They truly let us down. The first girl csme to the window and I expressed my disappointment and she was very apologetic; but the lady with short blonde spiky hair came, looked me up and down, and basically threw out the RX out the window and stuck her nose up in the air. The previous owners would of have handled the situation much more differently than this. We wanted to stay local to help the new owners, but with service like this it will sadly go downill. It is with a sad heart that I will be taking my RX elsewhere.

Merlin is wonderful! He gives personalized service to every customer at all times! They deliver to your work out home and really care about their patients!
