Not sure what is up with others experience with bad service, it's never been a problem for me. I like this place for it's bread! If you time it right you can get while it's still warm from the oven.

Very impressive selection. Can't wait to buy more brine cured dill pickles and sauerkraut.

I love this store, it is the best, everything is always fresh, but I would like the staff to be more friendly and sometimes it's a pity to look at them))))

I love this store and the people who work there. The fresh breads are AMAZING. I always receive great service and attention, even though I don’t speak Russian or Ukrainian. I really appreciate how clean it is and how nice the staff are. I’m a long term customer.

I went in like any normal person trying to buy some bread, and this old lady that I have never seen before work there was just the rudest. It's a good store overall but this lady was just rude. At the register she shoved all my groceries in one bag with the bread, and I politely asked her to put the bread in a different bag. She looks up rolls her eyes and drops the bread down on the counter, and puts it in a different bag. Then when I was leaving she stared at me the whole way out of the store. ud83dude02ud83dude02 felt a little uncomfortable, but was definitely worth the laugh. There was also An old grandpa was in front of me and she just was very rude as well. Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Overall good store.
