Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I spent almost 3yrs going to this pharmacy refilling the same exact medication with no problem (except some bad customer service here and there) until Ashley made me feel like a drug addict when I went to pick up my migraine meds and contacted my doctor (had been my doctor for 10yrs, now retired) who explained all my preventative medications I have given a try and gave him an extremely hard time raising her voice at him and being very unethical. She was very unprofessional and provided horrible customer service.nnThe next day I switched all my RXs to Safeway and it was the best decision ever. Now I just need to get both my parents, 2 sisters & husband to come over to Safeway too. They go above and beyond in customer service, listen to my concerns and do their job while being professional.

Jessica always seems to have a great attitude whether we go through the u scan or at a family friendly register. Shes always helpful, smiling, great work ethic. Nice to see that nowadays. Awesome job Jessica. Keep up the Great work. You make a difference.

I went there to buy a dog medicine so I showed them the coupon I had, they say it’s only apply for human not pets! I don’t think it matters, WALMART we’re happy to do it for me. NEVER AGAIN FRED MEYER!

I love this pharmacy! The Pharmacy manager is one of the best managers out there. The pharmacists work efficiently and the group has such a great vibe about them. The staff here truly go out of their way when it is possible... given there are MANY guidelines made by Freddie’s but also LAWS they must abide by. I will forever be a loyal customer to this pharmacy!

They had the medicine my family and I needed, but all the staff members I dealt with had terrible attitudes this morning. I'm exhausted from being up all night with a sick kid, (as a lot of pharmacy customers might be). It would be nice to deal with people that don't act like my presence is burdening them. Also, they're supposed to open up at 9:00am and I was there waiting at the closed gate at 9:01am until someone came up to open it, while asking me to hold on as if I was rushing them. ud83eudd2f
