They installed a tankless recirculating hot water heater in our house and we couldn’t be happier. The product is incredible and the work was done professionally. This is an honest company and I would highly recommend them.
I used excalibur plumbing last year for a problem with my hot water. I was told almost immediately that I needed a better water heater. Five thousand dollars later, the problem was still present. My technician Jason returned and after several hours, he said he would need to rip up tile in the newly remodeled guest bathroom to possibly identify the problem, but he still wasn't positive he knew of the problem. Why would he recommend a new water heater if that wasn't even the problem?! These guys just guess at what they think is going on and waste your time and money. I dealt with Luke warm water for several months until I had another service, Service Arrow, come out to eval. They took their time in actually diagnosing the problem, spoke with the master plumber during the FIRST visit, and said there was no need to tear out the tile, as an access panel could be put in. Looking back, excalibur likely said they would have to rip out tile in order to deter me from moving forward..likely because they had no idea what was going on. They didn't want to help, they just wanted to get a pay check. Beware of this company and get a second opinion before you spend big bucks. I was so disappointed with this company that it took me months to reflect and realize how they had manipulated the situation.
