Ortho 360 Orthodontics

Dr. Burgess is amazing!! All of the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. As an adult getting braces I had a lot of questions during my consultation and they were were all answered. Patsy made me feel like I was the only patient she had to see. I highly recommend Ortho360 whether your an adult or looking for an orthodontist for your children.

Ortho 360 is phenomenal! I can’t say enough about the team. They’ve seen both my daughters for over a year now. They’re all so sweet and welcoming every single time we arrive ❤ufe0f. I would recommend them hands down to anyone.

Love her! She is always a ray of sunshine - whether you see you in person or on the phone! Her customer services is stellar! If you or your child need orthodontic care - THIS IS THE PLACE! We went in for our initial consult & I was very impressed with the office and staff. They were serious about covid precautions, were very friendly, & I felt the price was reasonable. We are looking forward to working with them :)

Scheduling is a NIGHTMARE!! I live north of Liberty Hill, so I chose this office due to the close proximity. The problem is that every single time something comes up, it always takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get us in. Case in point... my daughter got some new brackets put on her teeth on September 10. The hygienist told me that they might fall off because they couldn't get them in the right place and sure enough, two weeks later, they fell off on Friday, September 25. I called on Monday and they couldn't get me into the LH office for 2 weeks... TWO WEEKS for a repair! Another time, I had to cancel because my two daughters had strep. When I called to reschedule, they said they couldn't get me in for 6 weeks!! That time, I had to basically beg for a work in appointment and they were able to accommodate me for the next week, but still very frustrating. Every time I call, it's a battle. They always offer me appointments at the Avery Ranch location, but with 4 kids, homeschool, my job and the 30 minute drive down to that location, I just don't have the time. When the time comes for my 7 year old to get braces, I will not be going back to Ortho 360. I will say that the doctors seem to be very good and knowledgeable and my daughters' teeth are looking good (which is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1), but it's not worth the constant scheduling hassles.
