Our whole street has been ignored many times. I've had packages out for delivery and never get delivered until the next day. I dont understand why it is such a hassle to get our mail. Some days we get mail around 3pm and others it's been 7pm and today it looks like they forgot us all together because neighbor's have said the same.nAnd if you are waiting for any financial documents that needs to get to the bank before 3pm you can forget that. Some people have important items they could be expecting and this post office fails to deliver.

I have a front porch, side porch AND car port but always find my packages left in the grass under a tree by the driveway were it gets rained on. I think he just chunks it out of his window.

I have been treated very nicely and efficiently by everyone at this post office. I just had another experience in calling them and my call was handled very graciously by Robyn.

I MAILED A LETTER WITH A PAYMENT INCLUDED ON 4/9/20, IT WAS DUE ON THE 15th OF APRIL, THE LETTER WAS TO GO TO PALACIOS, TX, LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY FROM THE EL CAMPO - WHARTON, TX AREA, I GOT A LATE NOTICE FROM THE MAIL RECIPIENT, THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED IT YET!! I MAILED THIS A 6 FULL BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE BILL WAS DUE, WHY DID IT NOT ARRIVE IN TIME, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE U S POSTAL SERVICE, IT USUALLY TAKES ONLY A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET THERE, WHY IS THE MAIL SO SLOW THESE DAYS, THE USPS REPUTATION IS REALLY TARNISHED RIGHT NOW, Y'ALL NEED TO STEP IT UP A BIT, GET BACK IN THE GAME & STAY ON TRACK!!!
