My boyfriend and I came to ATX to celebrate our anniversary. The helicopter ride was fantastic! Pilot Glenn was amazing and gave us recommendations on places to visit. The helicopter was clean and we had a headset to allow us to speak to each other. The view was breathe taking. I highly recommend checking out Austin in the sky!
Staff was very professional and responsive even when we had to reschedule due to the freeze. Kenny was even able to accommodate us soon after and even when we were running behind stuck in traffic and made us feel like we got way more than what we paid for by his professionalism and hospitality. Glen, our pilot was very knowledgeable about the layout of Austin so it was really useful to have him point out certain Austin landmarks and provided us with a smooth ride throughout. It’s also a small local business which exemplifies the grind these guys are on. 5 star service from 2 guys. Incredible.
I 100% recommend ATX Heli Tours for your helicopter ride experience! Luxurious, smooth ride, I reserved it for my parents it was for my moms birthday awesome pilot! breath taking views for them to see for there first time experience great job showing them the best spots and providing a smooth ride. Everyone was wonderful and kind! The tour was amazing and we saw some spectacular views! There was excellent communication from ATX helicopter tours regarding shifting our reservation to a new date since the winter storm hit right when we were originally supposed to fly. Very courteous and professional! Thanks for helping me create a wonderful birthday surprise for my fiancé!
GLEN IS AMAZING!! Fabulous pilot smooth flight. Such a wonderful host. Picked us up in a clean vehicle and very tidy and beautiful helicopter!! He takes excellent pictures too!!!
