The folks at Healing with Horses are amazing. Owners Patty and John and their wonderful staff of therapists and volunteers are solid gold. They have done wonders for our family’s physical and mental development. The horses are so gentle and of course, the key to everything. The property is clean and well taken care of and offers a wide range of riding terrain, regardless of the weather. Thank you all so very much.
My daughter has been working with Patty for a few years now. There is a night a day difference from where she started. She has acquired skills with self control, confidence, focus just to name a few. She can start her session in a shut down and end more relaxed and smiling. Patty and the horses have changed our lives for the better.
This review is for the Healing With Horses Ranch in Manor. The owner and equine therapist Patty is a wonderful, understanding, and dedicated person to work with. The ranch itself is small with I would guess about eight horses, riding trails, a corral, stables, and a barn. The property has a picturesque creek running through it. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a friendly dog named kitty.nParking is no problem here, and the electronic gate opens smoothly when you first arrive. You do have to get out of your car to activate the gate switch, but it closes automatically behind you.
They are an amazing bunch of people my son goes there weekly and it has been a tremdous help to him with his varies disabilities. Well worth looking into for adults and/or kids with disabilities
They are an amazing organization that is helping our family to work through some profound rough patches in ways that no other therapeutic modality has been able to effectively address. For us
