It's usually fairly simple. I did have a very long wait last time but it was unusual. This place typically uses a answering system that is NOT located at the store... So be sure to tell the agent on the phone that you want the deal for a large 3 topping for $9.99.. otherwise they will straight charge you per topping. Also, they have my name down as Tickle and cannot seem to get Pickle right :/

Pizza Hut has lost a customer for good. We averaged ordering games pizza twice a month. The Pizza Hut in Manor, TX has ruined this. Several times they have messed up our order (under cooked, didn’t give dressings, etc). Tonight on 20JAN21, it took 2 hours for the pizza to get to our house, it was cold. The pizza cheese was completely solid and cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We place an order through the app (like always) around 2:00pm, we called around 3:30 since we received a notification saying it was on it's way, but that it was going to arrived at 7pm and it's snowing, so we knew it was going to take longer but it was still to long for less than 2mi. So I called to ask and I was told the driver was on it's way and it should arrive shortly. An hour later I called again to see if something happened since we still hadn't receive it and we were told it was cancelled because they couldn't communicate with us by phone. Which by the way, is the first time they call, they always leave it out said and leave. I asked why would they call and they told me the order didn't have the apt number. And that I needed to tell them the apt number every time we order. 1. We are frequent customers. 2. Our full address is saved in their system. 3. Last order was a few days ago. 4. They have never had a problem with the apt # before. 5. The app never showed the order was cancelled. 6. The app was still showing our FULL address, including the apt number and even the access code for the gate. Poor service today.

Completely awful and flavorless pizza not even enough sauce on it to stain the crust.nnIt was dry because not enough cheese and only 2/3 of the pizza even had topping on it.

I decided to order some pizza from this Manor location. By far the worst customer experience ever. TARA AKA THE MANAGER was rude, hung up multiple times and after waiting for my pizza to arrive which it never did! Asked for my order number and hung up. Never Apologized for my time of waiting1.5 hours.. Mind you I was promised 1 hour wait to get my pizza at 1.10 I called back to get an ETA and they said it should be there. Never calling the driver I am calling the regional manager because I feel that if I did my due diligence to check on my pizza. They should have some sort of better training when it comes to customer service. I am upset that they could care less my pizza never arriving at the time specified!. Dominoes will be my goto from now on.
