Flinch Dunkin, two people work at this store right now. Myself being one of them. Both myself and David know more than I believe you think. Saturday was the busiest day we've had in a while and 2 people helping nearly 100 customers in a few hour time period is not an ideal situation. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused and we are trying our best to provide the best customer service with the little time and people we have.
So far everything's been all rightud83dudc4d I had a couple newbie employees help me, but I think they did well.
David was awesome! Great customer service at Tmobile in manor! Would recommend !
Horrible customer service! Neither employees appear to know what they are doing. Just awful. Nothing like the experience I had with Sprint.
One employee and 5 customers really? Get more people to work here left to another location and opened 3 lines.
