Unfortunately I had to give this location one star. I didn’t even want to do that. The one good thing I can say about this location is that I can’t rate their food. Because I never got it. I called this location and five minutes after nine New Year’s Eve placed the order with the gentleman who English was not so good not quite sure why he was answering the phone but anyway. He quoted me like three different prices 30 something dollars and then 20 something dollars finally it was 18 something. I agreed to pay it. After about an hour and a half I decided to call to check on my order. The customer service representatives would answer the phone and then hang up. If I was able to talk to someone they told me that the driver is running late. After a while no one answered the phone except for an answering service that explained to me that the location was closed due to it being New Year’s Eve I checked my bank account and there were multiple transactions from the location withdrawing the money from my account. So now today is the next day and no one at the location was still able to help me I was instructed to call on Monday . I hope I get my money back.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. Had me waiting for my pizza for an hour & half. Had to come to the store to see what was wrong. The girl who was suppose to deliver my pizza said she couldn’t find my place but I never got any phone calls from her. Glad they made my pizza for free but they seriously need to get everything organized.

So I accidentally messed up in my info when placing my order. Thinking that they were just taking forever, my husband called to see where our order was, was informed that they ran out of a certain thing we wanted and they tried to call but I had put a number wrong in our phone number. Being very upset at myself, we just called our losses on it and accepted that the order was canceled, to our surprise about 30 minutes later we get a knock on the door and come for find out they went ahead and made our food for us. So beyond sweet and caring, truly surprised with the above and beyond the guys went through tonight. Thank you so much for making our night tonight!!!

The young lady or I should say the little girl working the register should be fired. She's rude, ill mannered, and has no home training. She shouldn't be in customer service and I've contacted corporate. I asked the manager for her name and the manager wouldn't give it to me. She threatened me...because I asked what was the point of contact less curbside service. I had been waiting for 15 minutes and it wasn't crowded. She told me I should have came in to get my pizza. She had an attitude...why though this is your job.
