Terrible service. They need to shut down or get some new managers and or owners. Ordered a pizza at 9:30. It said one of the workers had checked it for delivery at 9:55PM. I waited and called 4 times. No one answered the phone. Went to the store to see what happened. The man behind the counter said an hour and 30 minute was logical for their deliveries. I will not order a delivery from them ever again. The pizza was delivered at 11:15 PM. Wish I could give a zero or negative 100 for this nonsense.

The first time we ordered no issues really. This time its taking a very very long time to get the pizza delivered, even with the tracker. I hope it is not cold! The only reason I chose to order here over pizza hut was for the brownie cookie dessert lol. Pizza hut is far superior.

Placed an order online at 10:45 pm. Was given a 25-35 minute delivery time. Tracker never got past Chris is prepping your food. Tracker then became empty. Called the store at 11:30 and no one answered.nnI did email the owner after the response below and while it’s great that they responded to the review because it makes them look like they are trying but still have not received a response to the email from the owner. Don’t be fooled, they aren’t trying to turn things around and don’t waste your time emailing the owner.

Best Domino's spot hands down. The preppers are true artists. Rarely do I feel jipped by any pie combination I throw at them, but when I do I have to remind myself that most of the orders I've receive have set a high expectation that they meet 9 out of 10 times every time. Some of there pies have rivaled with the best pizza I've had across the country. Very pleased and hard to believe it is a commercial chain.

I never had a problem until now ....So I order my pizza at 610 pm today the pizza delivery person called me I didn’t get to the phone on time I called the person back didn’t answer me. I’m calling the store since 648pm no answer. I at least called 20 times and it’s 834pm. I just want my refund at this point I understand they are busy but they need to fill that store with employees it’s not fair to them either but highly upset I didn’t get my order I would drive there myself but my car in the shop that’s why I order online.
