Great place when open for $5 movies. When they increased prices there was no point in going
I really had to decrease the stars here. Staff at the counters were nice. BUT the temperature in the Auditoriums are inconsistent!! I was in Auditorium 1 and had to leave mid-movie because I was FREEZING!!! I had a wool overcoat, gloves and hat on. I had to go to the car and get a blanket!!! If you go into Auditorium 4, it was MANY degrees warmer!!! I was peeling my layers off. This is horrible! This needs to be fixed. With the price increase and the atmosphere drastically different in different Auditorium, I might as well go to the Vancouver mall and get the same movie with less issues and the same price. I used to come here regularly when the prices were lower. Now, I can just go to the mall for the same price. It was so much better under the last management. There are much better Regal theaters in Vancouver. Going to see the new StarWars in a better theater.
I wish it would open up again I love going seeing movies with my friend
This theater really offers a variety of comforts that make it feel just like home, but very enhanced. From the great snack options (Cheeto popcorn anyone??) To the comfy seats and efficient uses of space to avoid views being blocked, this is a great place to see the newest flicks whenever you're able to. The rewards program is lovely and makes it well worthwhile to always visit Regal. Overall I definitely love this theater and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy spot to chow on popcorn and slurp up a root beer while freaking out over the latest Star Wars twists and the current thrillers.
Horrible! I plan to file a formal complaint with corporate. Demanding to check my purse without explanation in front of my child. The manager didn't want to address my concerns until AFTER I expressed my intent to complain. Nate! A manager? He was just horrible. Said he didn't want to argue with me. I was calm and collected. They need new management and revamped policy!
