Went in to pick up my mother's day 8 x 10 grand daughters prom picture. Order on line and put the code in, went to pick up and because they didn't see the code, they wanted to charge me around 5 bucks. I said no, I know the code,nand told them, they said we need to see the coupon, I told them, there is not a coupon, just a promo code. They would not let me have free as Wal-Greens had put out there to do. I asked her where is management, she said I am the management, I'm thinking bull. I asked this so called manager, why don't you remember back 3 days on mothers day, what your store was offering. She kept dancing around the question. Finally, just said keep it!!!! This is in Haltom City off Denton hwy & Broadway. I'm going to E-Mail Corporate soon.
Came today at 8:30 PM and lazy employee didnt want to take my money to get my passport photo.
