Ben was awesome!! We got lucky and he ended up coming early which actually worked better for our schedule. He was super quick to install everything and talked everything out with us so we could decide the best placement of all of sensors, motion sectors, etc. He also did a great job explaining the system for us and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our system prior to leaving. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
Quick and efficient installation. I love having the app and being able to arm and disarm my system no matter where I am. Everyone I've had contact with in the company has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All around great experience!
Andrew, our rep., was very efficient and pleasant. Our schedule was such that we had to put him off three times, but he kept in contact so that we were able to have our system installed at our convenience. Also, with him being local, we appreciate the fact that if there are any problems with the system, he is our contact to get it taken care of.
