Great experience with Teri cleaning my teeth, x-rays, etc... Her 19 years of experience shine with confidence and comfort as well. Dr. Nevis(sp?) repaired a tooth quickly and pain free and I was out of there in time for a meeting I couldn’t miss. The entire staff was friendly. I highly recommend them.

Took my daughter here, who has severe mental issues. Worse mistake. These people were so incredibly unprofessional and pushy. Like being at a car dealership. My daughter has bad teeth which runs in our family. Also with her mental health, she has problems with hygiene. She ended up in tears and left without having any services done. One of the people there told her, “ you won’t find any other place as good as this”. Will never recommend or return. Can’t stress enough how horrible & unprofessional. You never know what’s happening in someone’s personal life. A little nice goes a long way.

Dr. Wehrle and Trish were awesome today. They always take good care of me and provide me with the best possible treatment. I refer everyone I know to go there!

At first I liked this place but I thought it was strange when after having some toothache in a older crown (that was not put in by them by the way) they told me I needed a root canal and a crown. They handed me the proposal and my portion out of pocket was going to be almost $2000 my insurance didn't really cover much (I have MetLife) anyways come to find out even though they told me they take my insurance they didn't say they are considered out of network. At not point was I ever told this by anyone and I believe that's intentional which is not right. And they were quite pushy and wanted to do the crown and root canal right there and than. Told me they had time and would not take long to get it done Dr Wehrle I believe was his name. I told them I would prefer it not be rushed and wanted to schedule for another day. I decided to get a second opinion at Trinity family dentistry in euless and thank God I did. They suggested the same treatment however my out of pocket portion with them would be $300 because they are in network and in general charge less to do the procedure. I will attach both treatment receipts. And I liked how Trinity dental was not all eager and pushy wanting to do the root canal and crown that same day I went in. In fact they prescribed me antibiotics and wanted me to take them a few days before having the work done & afterwards because that's better for my tooth health etc. Oh and HEB would always collect way over moneywise from me after cleanings etc and than I would get a receipt from MetLife showing my portion to be much less than I gave HEB and instead of them giving me my money back they would want to keep it as a credit on my account. Bit strange...
